INTERNAL REGULATION


The Board of Directors of the Association of Health Runners of Ierapetra, in accordance with its Statute, decided to establish these Internal Regulations.


TITLE - PURPOSE


1. This regulation will be called "Internal Regulation of the Association".


COMMAND


The association is governed by a 7-member Board of Directors and 2 alternate members and is elected by the General Assembly of its members every 2 years in accordance with its Statute.


The responsibilities of the members of the Board of Directors are also determined by the association's statutes


MEMBERS


The members of the association are obliged to comply with the applicable sports law, the association's statutes and the internal regulations


Each member of the association has the obligation to:


1. Not to comment negatively or critically on athletes, administration officials, either inside the competition venues or in public.


2. To behave in a dignified manner during the matches with respect to fellow athletes - opponents and in general to all contributors to the matches.


AWARDS - PRIZES


Special Awards, upon approval of the Board of Directors, are awarded to:


Those who have contributed to the club as members or athletes


Those who have contributed to sports


The type of awards is decided each year by the Board of Directors and is in no case monetary.


OFFENSES - PENALTIES - PENALTIES


In the duties of the Board of Directors this includes his cooperation with the Disciplinary Council for the handling and decision-making of any misconduct by a member of the association or the Board of Directors. in accordance with all the provisions of the association's statutes.


The submission of the complaint of any misconduct by a member must be submitted in writing by at least 5 members to the Board, which is obliged to convene the Disciplinary Council to deal with the complaint.


Before the imposition of any penalty, the accused must have been called to submit, within a certain period, a relevant apology. This apology can also be oral before the Board of Directors.


In particular, for the members of the Board of Directors and members of the association, a penalty may be imposed for:


• Non-compliance with the Association's Statutes and Regulations.


• Indecent behavior.


• Lack of respect for teammates, opponents, event organizers and the public, insults and personal attacks - verbal or non-verbal.


Penalties:


• Verbal remark/reprimand.


• Written observation/reprimand.


• Revocation of any Position on the Board of Directors. or status as a member of the association subject to the approval of the General Assembly


• Ban on entry to the club's event spaces for up to 3 years.


• Lifetime ban on entry to the club's event spaces.


• For a member of the Board of Directors who manages sums of money and intentionally disposes of them, for a purpose other than the intended purpose, in addition to the above penalties, the prescribed legal procedures may be initiated to prosecute and punish him, as prescribed by law, with imprisonment or imprisonment depending on the amount of the abuse in favor of himself or a third party.


• Other case-by-case penalty decided by the Board of Directors. depending on the seriousness of the offence.


Regulation of excursions and competitions


The articles of this regulation concern the participation of the members of the Ierapetra Health Runners Association in organized travel with or without accommodation in the context of road races in Greece or abroad. The purpose of the regulation is the equal treatment of the participants and the facilitation of the Board and the leaders of each excursion in terms of its smooth and orderly organization and conduct. The leader of the excursions is appointed each time by the Board. and is responsible for the organization and realization of the excursion.


Article 1: Declaration of participation


1. In the case of one-day domestic excursions, members declare their participation in the excursion up to ten days in advance.


2. In the case of domestic or foreign excursions with an overnight stay, members declare their participation by the declaration deadline stated in the announcement of the excursion.


3. The excursion leader has the right to refuse the late registration of participation, in the event that there are no vacant seats on the means of transport or when it is not possible to arrange the applicant's accommodation.


4. Members who have any financial arrears to the club are not accepted for group registration of matches or for an excursion. These members are entitled to group participation and participation in an excursion, only after the settlement of the financial outstanding.


Article 2: Payment of participation costs


1. The cost of participating in the excursion is announced by the Superintendent of SDYI and is analyzed by category.


2. It is possible to pay the cost of the trip in advance and in full, as long as this is determined by the announcement of the action.


3. The payment of the participation cost is made in cash or by depositing into a bank account, which will be announced together with the announcement of the excursion and its cost. If the payment is made to a bank account

In any case, the full payment of the participation cost is made no later than 5 days before the day of the excursion and not after.


Article 3: Participation Cancellation Policy


1. It is possible to cancel participation in an excursion up to the day and time indicated in the announcement. If the tour is organized by a travel agency, the agency's cancellation policy applies.


Article 4: Return of participation costs.


1. Returning participation in a match is not possible, if it was paid to a third party.


2. Excursion advance payment is only possible in case of cancellation of the excursion.


3. A refund of the rest of the cost excluding the advance payment is possible if the participant notifies his/her inability to participate 15 days in advance for foreign excursions and one week in advance for domestic excursions. In the case of hotel reservations, the refund policy agreed with the hotel applies.


Article 5: Payment of waiting places for participation


1. In case of reaching the participation limit, a waiting list is maintained which is posted on the website of the Association. Entries are filled from the waiting list.


Article 6: Obligations of participants during the excursion


1. The participants are obliged to address the Leader of the Excursion, for any issue concerning a) their accommodation, b) group transportation, c) group meals, d) participation in the race if it is included in the group participation of the SDYI. Participants are encouraged to address the tour leader for any matter involving involvement with public or private entities to avoid repercussions.


Electronic media disclosure policy


Article 1: Disclosure policy in electronic media


1. On the Facebook page of the Association, the group photos are published by the administrator of the page.


2. Members who took part in races and want their participation to be published must notify by personal message in the facebook inbox or email where they will clearly describe the organizational details of the race (date, distance, place and related) and the names of the members appearing in the photographic material. Photos must be sharp and in high resolution (at least 640x480 pixels).


Article 2: Criteria for publication in electronic media


1. The criteria that must be met in order to publish the participation of members in competitions, in Greece or abroad, are:


I. In the declaration of participation in the match, the participating member must have been registered where SDYIERAPETRAS is clearly mentioned in the relevant field of the team or association with which the member is registered.


II. Group photo with T-shirt or Union flag where the logo is clearly visible.


III. Individual photography necessarily with the T-shirt or flag of the Association where the logo is clearly visible. Individual photos are published only in the case of participation in a competition abroad and in competitions within Greece that have unique characteristics such as the Spartathlon.


IV. Photos of distinguished members in matches are published only when there is a parallel photograph with a T-shirt or flag of the Association, where the logo is clearly visible.


V. The club's official shirt is one and is defined by the Board of Directors. It may not be falsified or used for advertising purposes without the approval of the Board of Directors. The logo may not be copied or added to a shirt not approved by the Board. The advertising of sponsors and companies can be allowed in specific matches and after a meeting of the Board of Directors. The appearance of the club can be changed by decision of the General Assembly


Validity of this regulation


1. The amended regulation applies from January 15, 2020.


2. Amendments to this regulation are possible only after a decision of the Board of Directors or the General Assembly.
